Fees

The Consultation with Dr. Kurz is designed to provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions.

Fees given over the phone are estimates and include all standard costs associated with surgery (such as private surgical or hospital facility, anesthetic fees, implants, and surgical fees).  Consultation with our office is required to obtain more specific and accurate information.  There is a consultation fee of $150 to meet with Dr. Kurz and to discuss your cosmetic surgical goals.  This fee will be applied to the cost of your procedure, when you decide to proceed.

Payment Options

For private pay surgeries, 25% of the total fee is required to hold a surgical booking. Payment for the remainder is due in full four weeks prior to your surgery date.  All non-surgical services can be paid for using the accepted payment options and must be paid in full before date of services being rendered.

We provide three payment options that may be used individually or combined according to your wishes.

• Cash, money order, bank draft or Interac debit cards.
• Credit cards: Visa or MasterCard.
• Optional financing plans: We suggest that you speak with us about financing options available. We will assist you with this process in any way that we can. Our office recommends Credit Medical Corporation as an option in private financing.

You will receive receipts for payments made.  Please discuss arrangements regarding payment of your account with us.
