Fees and Financing Fees The Consultation with Dr. Kurz is designed to provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions. Fees quoted from our office include all relevant costs; surgical fees, anaesthesia, day surgery facility fee, nursing fee, implants and garments as required and follow up care. The fees for aesthetic surgery will vary depending upon the exact procedure that you undergo. Financing Cosmetic surgical procedures are not considered to be insured services and, as such, payment is the responsibility of the patient.
